Why can’t I motivate myself to exercise?
The Daily Burn attributes the lack of motivation to exercise to the glorification of activities like going to brunch with the girls. Of course, it sounds way more fun to go eat with your friends than it does to go to the gym. But, if you want a healthy body, you have to exercise. Additionally, there are other influences that make exercise seem like the worst option. Face it, compared to other options (diet pills, surgery, etc.) exercise yields slow progress and can be discouraging to those seeking fast results.
Even if you are not on a fitness journey, you still need to exercise. Physical activity is beneficial to your body and mind. But you know this already, right? So why is it so hard to get motivated to work out?

Do inspirational workout quotes really work?
On Fastcompany.com, Dr. Jonathan Fader, founder of the Union Square Practice in New York City writes, “Obviously, people who tend to feel inspired by motivational quotes are going to find them more resonant than those who don’t find simple phrases and sayings to be particularly meaningful.” Even the best fitness quotes won’t work for you if you do not have a positive attitude and open your mind to the power of inspirational quotes.
Once you accept that you want to live a healthy lifestyle, these quotes can help push you to the next level.
