The Lip Bar Fast Face Kit Review
Most girls dream of the day that they can begin wearing makeup. I was no different. I can remember watching in awe as my mom applied her makeup in the mornings. My mom was beautiful, and after she applied her makeup, her beauty was magnified by 100, in my opinion. I can remember my little girl watching me as I applied my makeup, with a very similar look on her face as the one that donned my face as a young girl.
I don’t know specifically what causes girls to become so obsessed with makeup, but it happens. But then, reality hits. You reach the age where you’re old enough to wear makeup. It’s fun…for a while. After several months or years of doing it, you finally realize that applying makeup regularly is more of a chore than it is fun! (Wonk, wonk, wonk…)
I’m still a lover of makeup. In fact, I have a huge train case, full of it! But honestly, most mornings, I’m not exactly thrilled to drag out my train case and spread out on the counter the endless products and tools it takes to make me feel confident enough to take and post selfies on Instagram. Oh, and go to work!

I was immediately intrigued by the models on the posts (their makeup was flawless) and clicked on the link to learn more about the company. The Fast Face Kit
What really caught my attention was when I came across The Lip Bar’s Fast Face Kit. This kit boasts six products that will give you a full face in seven minutes or less. You had me at seven minutes! What made me even more excited is that after I picked my foundation shade (they have a cool complexion quiz that helps you with that), the rest of the kit was curated for me! Zero guesswork!
When my kit arrived (just a few days later, might I add), I was very impressed with the packaging. The kit was wrapped nicely, and the packaging of the makeup itself was very nice. I’m a sucker for cute compacts and containers.
The kit included foundation (my shade is 5:04), a face quad (face powder, contour powder, highlight powder, and blush), brow kit, eyeliner, mascara, and lip color. The kit also includes a cute little bag to keep all of the items together. Melissa Butler, the creator of The Lip Bar, really hit the ball out of the park with this one! It’s amazing.
My Overall Opinion of the Products
I was really impressed with the Fast Face Kit. I was able to create a fully-made up face in less than seven minutes easily. The foundation was my favorite product. I love the design of the tube. The brush attached to the end of the tube was a genius idea! It was so convenient to pump and then glide the brush over my face to create a smooth, flawless look.
It is evident that convenience is the Fast Face Kit’s goal! The kit comes with a double-ended makeup brush that keeps you from having to stop and change brushes as you are applying your makeup. In addition to convenience, the Fast Face Kit contains quality products that yield a flawless finish that looks like you spent quite a while creating.
I highly recommend the Fast Face Kit for anyone who wants a flawless makeup look with a few products conveniently packaged to save you time but doesn’t compromise the quality. I was very pleased with the kit and am now a huge fan of The Lip Bar!
